The ICYM Central Council, Diocese of Mangalore, organized a dynamic leadership program, PYSTAR TRAINING, on 29th June 2025 at Lourdes Central School, Bejai, Mangalore, starting at 9 a.m.

The training aimed to equip newly elected ICYM leaders with essential skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. ICYM Vorkady representatives for key positions—including President, Secretary, YUCAT Representative, Treasurer, AMSO Yuvak Representative, and RED Drop Representative—participated actively in the program.

The PYSTAR TRAINING focused on empowering youth leaders, fostering teamwork, and enhancing leadership abilities to strengthen the overall effectiveness of the ICYM organization.
