August 3rd, 2025, 18 members of the ICYM Vorkady unit, led by their animator Sr. Severine D’Cunha actively helped in the Married Couples Day celebration held at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Vorkady at 10 am to 2 pm . The members selflessly contributed their time and efforts to ensure the event’s success.

The ICYM Vorkady unit members took on various responsibilities, including:

 

1. Food preparation: Cutting vegetables and assisting in cooking.

2. Event setup: Setting up the stage and arranging the venue.

3. Food service: Serving food to the attendees.

4. Cleanliness: Washing vessels and managing waste.

5. Logistics: Ensuring overall arrangements were in place.

 

The ICYM Vorkady unit’s involvement demonstrated their commitment to community service and support. By contributing to the Married Couples Day celebration, the members showcased their teamwork, dedication, and willingness to help.
